GOOD TO KNOW
Find a clear starting point
Every practice is different. The answers here explain the broad approach; a scoped discussion is the best way to address your systems, payers, and specific accounts.
Contact our teamWhat services can Quest discuss?
Medical billing, RCM, claim submission, denial follow-up, A/R, payment posting, enrollment coordination, billing audits, and practice transitions are covered on this website. A specific scope is confirmed directly with your team.
Can we keep our current EHR or practice management system?
Often the starting point is your existing systems. We review access and workflows before agreeing on a service arrangement. Compatibility or integration work depends on the platform and approved scope.
Do you work with different medical specialties?
Our specialty pages cover common billing considerations across many outpatient practice types. We first review your actual services, payer mix, and workflow before describing the support that fits.
How do you handle existing denials and old A/R?
We start with an inventory: payer, balance, age, reason, deadline, and latest follow-up. The plan depends on what records and access are available, including any transition from a previous team.
Can you guarantee a collection rate or a particular result?
No result can responsibly be guaranteed without reviewing contracts, claims, payer behavior, and the work involved. We agree on relevant measures and review progress against a clear baseline.
Does this website accept patient records?
No. Please do not send protected health information through this public site or an ordinary introductory email. Sensitive information should use an approved secure channel after an engagement is established.
